Govt appoints P K Sasi as KTDC chairman

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: CPM leader P K Sasi has been appointed as the KTDC chairman. He was expelled from the party on the complaint of sexual harassment. After two years, he was taken back to Palakkad district secretariat.

A K Balan-P K Sreemathy Commission, who probed the complaint sought action against Sasi. The commission recommended action for talking badly on the phone and that there was no sexual harassment. The phone conversation he had with the woman was included in the report as main evidence.
