THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Director and actor Major Ravi denied the allegations that his company provided security to Monson Mavunkal, arrested in the antiques fraud case. A person fired from his company was in the security force of Monson, said Major Ravi while talking to a private media.

‘Pradeep, ousted from my company for dereliction of duty, was in the security force of Monson. He introduced himself as my bodyguard. I don’t have any bodyguard. Pradeep had worked in Thunder Force, a company where I am serving as the director, when ISL matches are held in Kerala. He was expelled following a complaint lodged against him. Came to know that he was finding new jobs in the name of Thunder Force. Only Pradeep had worked in the Thunder Force from the five-member security force of Monson Mavunkal. At times, he used the uniform of Thunder Force. Action was taken against him six months ago after noticing that. Monson had contacted the person in charge of his fans organisation. However, he kept Monson apart,’ said Major Ravi.

Major Ravi said that it is too bad high-ranking officials like Behera falling into the trap of fraudsters like Monson. Major Ravi said that there is a difference between taking a photo at any event and going to their house and taking a photo. He added that he is not interested in archaeology or superstition.
