KSRTC driver who misbehaved with passenger suspended

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: An employee who misbehaved with a passenger of KSRTC super delux bus has been suspended. P A Shajahan, a driver cum conductor of Pathanamthitta depot, has been suspended from service pending probe.

The complainant is a PG student, who is a permanent resident of Bengaluru. He was suspended following preliminary investigation into the alleged misconduct of a bus employee who is responsible for protecting the passengers.

He misbehaved with her in the bus when she was going to Bengaluru from Pathanamthitta on April 17. She sought his help to open the window when the bus reached Krishnagiri early morning at 3 am. She alleged that he misbehaved with her then. She in her complaint lodged mentioned that she couldn’t respond as she was shocked over the incident. She had lodged the complaint to the authorities of the KSRTC via e-mail.
