KOCHI: The High Court has imposed a fine of Rs 25,000 on Pulsar Suni, the main accused in the 2018 actress attack case. Justice PV Kunjikrishnan's action is after Suni filed two bail petitions within a span of three days. Pulsar Suni has already filed 10 bail applications. The court ruled that this could not be allowed in the circumstances of the case.

"Pulsar Suni has the finances to continue applying for bail. Or someone else is assisting the accused. Therefore, Suni has the financial capacity to pay the fine," the court observed.

The order is to pay Rs 25,000 to the Legal Services Authority within one month. Otherwise, the authority should recover the same from the properties of the accused.
