Nayantara and Vignesh invite TN CM Stalin for June 9 wedding

CHENNAI: Lady superstar Nayantara and director Vignesh Sivan invite Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin for their wedding to be held on June 9. The pics of the two inviting the chief minister are going viral. The marriage was much awaited by their fans. Film critic Ramesh Bala shared this on Twitter. Nayantara and Vignesh were accompanied by Stalin's son, actor, director and MLA Udayanidhi Stalin to invite the chief minister.

The digital invitation was released recently. The invitation was released by an online media. The letter is in the form of a motion poster. It was initially reported that the couple would get married on June 9 in Tirupati. However, according to the invitation, the marriage will take place at Mahabalipuram. The bride and groom's names are written on the letter as Nayan and Wikki.

The two fell in love during the making of Naanum Rowdy Dhaan directed by Vignesh Sivan in 2015. Nayantara was the heroine in the film. The two got engaged last year.

Nayan and Vicky's new movie 'Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal ' released on April 28. Samantha was another heroine in the film which had Vijay Sethupathi as the hero. Nayantara's latest Tamil film 'O2' is all set to release. Vignesh Sivan is next all set to direct a movie starring Ajith.
