Former Indian captain makes film debut in Tamil; Mahendra Singh Dhoni in Thalapathy's 68th film

MUMBAI: Former Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni is active in several ventures after his retirement from international cricket. Dhoni is reportedly making a debut in film industry through Kollywood. According to reports, Dhoni is all set to make his film debut with South Indian superstar Vijay.

Since his retirement, Dhoni has been working in several fields like poultry farming, agriculture, gymnasiums and textile trade. Following this, he also started a film production company called 'Dhoni Entertainment'. According to national media reports, Vijay's 68th movie will be under the banner of Dhoni Productions and he will be making a cameo in the movie. The former captain is currently working on the early stages of his production company.

There were rumors that Nayanthara would be the heroine in Dhoni's first film. However, Dhoni himself later confirmed that no decision had been taken on the matter.
