Sanju Samson not included in the first T20I team against Ireland; fans protesting against team management on Twitter

DUBLIN: India won the toss in the first T20I against Ireland and Captain Hardik Pandya opted for bowling.

Due to heavy rain, both captains arrived on the field about half an hour late for the toss. Fast bowler Umran Malik has been included in the Indian team. This is Umran's first international match, he is notable for his performance in the IPL.

Meanwhile, Keralite and Rajasthan Royals captain Sanju Samson could not find a place in the team this time as well. Dinesh Karthik will replace Sanju as the wicket keeper. On the press release by BCCI, wicket keeper was only written along with Dinesh Karthik's name. Fans are expressing their strong objection in BCCI's Twitter handle for not including Sanju Samson.
