Vlogger arrested for persuading girl to use ganja, posting video on social media

KOCHI: The Excise Department has arrested a vlogger for allegedly persuading a girl to use ganja and spreading the footage through social media. Francis Nevin Augustine (35), a native of Mattancherry, was arrested by Mattancherry Excise. Excise took action after a video in which the accused was seen persuading the girl to use ganja was widely circulated on social media.

In the video, Francis can be seen urging the girl to use ganja as "cannabis is a vegetable like cabbage and spinach." He was also seen admitting to using drugs 24 hours and urging everyone to do so.
