Surrogate is a married woman, not a relative of Nayanthara, crucial information out

The Tamil Nadu Health Department had informed yesterday that Nayanthara and Vignesh Sivan had not violated the Surrogacy Act. More information regarding it has surfaced now. The reports that come in say the surrogate is not Nayanthara’s relative. The woman married has a child.

Meantime, there is no information about the health of the woman, who gave birth to the twins in the hospital. The Tamil Nadu Health Department also pointed out that the private hospital had committed a major lapse by not keeping accurate records related to the pregnancy.

Reports said Nayanthara and Vignesh got legally married on March 11, 2016 and followed all the procedures and guidelines for surrogacy. They had waiting period for surrogacy. All the documents have been submitted by the couple to the inquiry committee.
