Youth dies of chest pain while playing shuttle, mother collapses and dies of shock

KOZHIKODE: A 45-year-old youth collapsed and died while playing badminton. After hearing son’s death, his mother died of shock. The two identified as Shuhaib, son of Moideen (late) of Atholi in Kozhikode and Nafeesa (68) died in a gap of hours.

Shuhaib collapsed after suffering a heart attack and was taken to the hospital, but his life could not be saved. His mother fainted soon after hearing his death. She died after reaching the hospital. Her other children are Junais and Rumeesh (shadow sounds).
