‘My life and career are at stake, want to plead with folded hands before audience to buy tickets’, producer of ‘Romancham;’ pens emotional letter

‘Romancham’ is a film that gained attention before its release through the song ‘Aadharanjali Neratte’. Written and directed by debutant Jithu Madhavan, the film stars Soubin Shahir in the lead. The film will hit the theatres on Friday. Now producer John Paul George has shared an emotional letter on social media.

He says that his life and career are at stake and now his only hope is in the audience. ‘I want to come before you with folded hands begging you to take ticket, but my self-respect will not allow it.', he wrote.

John Paul is the director of films ‘Guppy’ and ‘Ambili’. Although, ‘Guppy’ received good response, it failed in the theatres. He has also mentioned his sadness in the note.
