BENGALURU: The search for Arjun of Kozhikode, who went missing in the landslide at Shirur, will continue in the Gangavali River today also. The search using dredger will be conducted today. Navy is also involved in the search. The district administration has extended the contract with the dredger company for one more week. Retired Major General Indrabalan, representative of Quick Pay Company, who participated in the mission earlier, will reach Shirur today. Arjun's sister Anju is also there.

A bone was found the other day from the Gangavali river. It has been sent for further examination, including whether it is human bone. Meantime, diving expert Eshwar Malpe had the other day stated that he is returning after ending the search in the river. The Dredger Company is also continuing its non-cooperation. I promised Arjun’s mother in Kozhikode to find him anyway. However, it is sad that I could not continue the mission due to the attitude of the authorities.' Malpe also said that he is apologizing to Arjun's mother.

Malpe was not given permission to search the 4th point marked by the Navy yesterday. Malpe informed that he was returning yesterday afternoon. Will return only if the district administration requests through a letter. A scooter was found in the river yesterday. It was fished out. Along with it, pieces of wood were also found from Arjun's lorry. Malpe said that he hopes to find the lorry.
