Arjun Tendulkar gets engaged to Saaniya Chandok, granddaughter of business magnet

MUMBAI: Reports say cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar's son and cricketer Arjun Tendulkar has got engaged to his fiancée Saaniya Chandok, granddaughter of business magnet Ravi Ghai. National media reported that the two got engaged in Mumbai on Wednesday. 25-year-old Arjun is a left arm fast-bowling all-rounder. He has been a part of Mumbai Indians in domestic cricket and the IPL since 2021. The engagement was a private function held in Mumbai.

Only family members and intimate friends of the two attended the function. However, families of the two have not released any official statement on it. Saaniya is the grandfather of prominent entrepreneur Ravi Ghai in Mumbai. He is the chairman of the Graviss Group. The Ghai family is famous for its services in hospitality and food industries. They are the owners of the Intercontinental Hotel and Brooklyn Creamery. However, Saaniya is not a public face. She is designated partner and director at the Mumbai based pet nutrition and welfare firm Mr Paws Pet Spa and Store LLP.
