Five-year-old boy dies after coconut tree falls on him

PERUMBAVOOR: In a tragic incident, a five-year-old son of a migrant worker died after a coconut tree fell on him. The child, Al Ameen, was the son of Muhammad, a resident of Assam who lived in Marottichuvadu near Perumbavoor. The incident occurred around 8 AM yesterday. The child was sitting with his neighbours around a fire near the coconut tree when the accident occurred. Although he was immediately rushed to the hospital, his life could not be saved.
