MUMBAI: Indian cricketer Rohit Sharma was seen losing his temper at a couple of young fans who attempted to forcefully grab his hand. The incident occurred on Sunday when Rohit arrived in Mumbai from Jamnagar to celebrate his daughter’s birthday.
Rohit was seated inside his car and had rolled down the window to greet fans waiting outside. As he was shaking hands, two young boys rushed forward and tried to hold on to his hand, prompting the cricketer to react angrily. He pointed his finger at them and appeared to warn them before rolling up the car window and leaving the spot. A video of the incident has since surfaced on social media and is rapidly going viral.
Meanwhile, the former India captain is gearing up for the upcoming New Zealand series, scheduled to begin on January 11. To stay match-fit, Rohit has been actively participating in domestic cricket. He recently scored a century for Mumbai against Sikkim.
Rohit Sharma has retired from Test and T20I formats and is currently representing India only in One Day Internationals.
