Early trends show neck and neck contest between LDF and UDF, NDA off to a good start

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Early trends show neck and neck contest between the LDF and the UDF when the votes are being counted in the state. While the LDF is leading in 67 seats, the UDF is leading in 63 seats. The NDA is leading in four seats.

Pinarayi Vijayan is leading by 301 votes in Dharmadom. UDF candidate Fathima Tehlia is ahead in Perambra. UDF candidate Abin Varkey is leading in Aranmula. K Muraleedharan is leading by 39 votes in Vattiyoorkavu. K K Shailaja is trailing in Peravoor. Minister Riyas is leading in Beypore.
