12-year-old boy dies after being electrocuted in Kollam

KOLLAM: A 12-year-old boy died after suffering an electric shock while trying to operate an electrical appliance. He has been identified as Adidev, son of Ratheesh of Kundara Koduvila Kochuplamoodu and Amritha. He suffered an electric shock while operating a machine kept in the shed of his house. The accident occurred when he tried to operate the machine which his father uses for concrete work. The locals later rushed him to the hospital, but his life could not be saved.
