11-year-old girl injured by shrapnel in Kuwait dies, four of family injured

KUWAIT CITY: An 11-year-old girl died after being injured by shrapnel in a residential area in Kuwait following Iranian airstrikes. Four members of a family were injured in the attack, bringing the total number of injuries in Kuwait to 32. People are injured by debris from drones. Kuwait said many of the attacks were thwarted. Saudi Arabia also said it had shot down nine Iranian drones.

Two Kuwaiti sailors were killed in an Iranian attack yesterday. Sergeants Walid Majid Suleiman and Abdul Aziz Mohsen Dakhil Nasser were the two killed. The Kuwaiti Armed Forces confirmed their deaths late last night. They said they were killed while on official duty. However, Kuwait has not released further details about the attack.
