TEHRAN: Reports say Iran's Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei is in a critical condition. The news that is circulating is that he has lost one of his legs and that he sustained serious injuries and is in coma. The Sun reported that Mojtaba Khamenei was seriously injured and is under treatment in Tehran.

Reports say, ‘Mojtaba lost a leg and suffered serious injuries to his stomach and liver. He is presently in coma. He is being treated at Tehran's Sina University Hospital under tight security.’

Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, 86, was killed in an airstrike in Tehran on February 28. It is not clear whether Mojtaba, 56, was also injured that day. Ayatollah Khamenei's second son, Mojtaba, was elected as Iran's Supreme Leader on March 8.
