However, a recent photo of yet another child star on social media made many accept the reality that it was indeed 2025, a decade since Malayalam’s record-breaking movie ‘Pulimurugan’ hit the theatres.

Durga Premjith’s latest post on Instagram is drawing attention. Durga played the character 'Chakki' in the film as Mohanlal’s daughter. Durga has also shared a scene from the film with Mohanlal on Instagram.

Pulimurugan hit the theatres on October 7, 2016. Directed by Vysakh, ‘Pulimurugan’ created waves in the industry and helped Mollywood enter the prized Rs 100 crore club for the first time. The film, made on a budget of Rs 25 crore, reportedly earned around Rs 152 crore at the box office.
