'Living separately for almost one and half years'; actress Haritha G Nair opens up about divorce

Haritha G Nair, a Malayalam actress well known especially to mini-screen viewers, has informed her fans that she has got divorced. Her former husband was editor Vinayak. The couple married in November 2023.

Haritha and Vinayak were childhood friends. Their marriage took place after 15 years of friendship. However, the actress had earlier clarified that it was not a love marriage, but one arranged by their families.

The couple separated two years after their wedding. 'After living separately for almost one and a half years, Vinayak and I have officially ended our marriage in a healthy and peaceful way. Our friendship will continue in a happier and healthier way. We will always wish the best for each other.

The reasons behind this decision are deeply personal and will remain between the two of us. Both our families have been incredibly supportive throughout this journey, and we are truly grateful for their understanding.
