Shah Rukh Khan undergoes surgery in US; suffered injury during film shooting

MUMBAI: Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan sustained an injury while shooting for his latest film. Shah Rukh sustained the injury while shooting in Los Angeles in the USA. It is reported that Shah Rukh sustained an injury on his nose.

Following the incident, Shah Rukh was rushed to a hospital where he underwent surgery. The actor, who then returned to Mumbai, is currently resting at home.

Shah Rukh Khan had sustained an injury on his leg while shooting for the film 'Fan' some years ago.

The Bollywood superstar is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film 'Jawan'. The film, directed by Atlee, will hit the screens on September 7. Nayanthara is the heroine of the film. Vijay Sethupathy is playing the antagonist in the film. Shah Rukh's recent release 'Pathaan' had collected over Rs 1000 crores at the box office.
