Highly anticipated sequel 'Dhurandhar: The Revenge' will hit theatres worldwide on March 19. The trailer of the film was released by Ranveer Singh on social media. Reports suggest that bookings will also begin in India after the trailer launch. The film will be released on March 19 in languages like Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam. The high-octane action-filled trailer, which is three minutes long, has already surpassed a million views on social media, even within an hour of its release.
With four hours of running time, there is a possibility that the daily shows may be limited. To address this, theatre chains are also considering introducing premium ticket prices called Super Blockbuster Plus. The price will be 10 per cent to 25 per cent more than the regular ticket prices. There are also indications that efforts are being made at the editing table to reduce the movie's length to three hours and 30 minutes.
With Yash starrer 'Toxic' being pushed to June 4, Dhurandhar is expected to wield total dominance at the box office. However, Ryan Gosling's Hollywood film 'Project Hail Mary', which is releasing on March 20, could pose a challenge to Ranveer's film. Apart from Ranveer Singh, Sara Arjun, Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan and Arjun Rampal are playing lead roles in Dhurandhar.
