The highly anticipated seventh season of Bigg Boss Malayalam kicked off yesterday, and one of the most awaited contestants was Renu Sudhi, the wife of late mimicry artist Kollam Sudhi. Her name had been widely discussed in prediction lists, and fans were eager to see her entry.
Renu entered the house wearing a red saree and performing a vibrant dance. She carried with her the trolley once used by her late husband, and said, “Sudhichetta, I've arrived,” as she walked into the Bigg Boss house.
Speaking about her participation, Renu thanked both her supporters and critics. “Thanks to all the supporters and even those who speak negatively about me — because without you, I wouldn’t be here. I will never do anything against my conscience. I’m ready to face the challenges of season seven. Let us behave as we truly are. If we pretend to be someone else, maybe we can manage for two weeks, but eventually, our real character will show. So, we must remain ourselves. Nothing can be predicted here. We’ve seen Lalettan’s anger in many films; as an audience member, it’s fine, but as a contestant, it’s scary," Renu said.
Renu also mentioned that she doesn’t like foul language but knows how to respond if provoked. “I don’t like foul language. If I lose my temper, I know how to respond, but I’ll try to control it. I don’t know whether I’ll win or lose,” she added.
Host Mohanlal remarked, “You must have come with many plans, but this is not an easy place.” To which Renu replied, “I know, Laletta.” When asked what strategies she planned to adopt, she responded that she intended to stay true to herself throughout the competition.
