NEW DELHI: More Indians returned to New Delhi from a turmoil-bound Israel on Tuesday. The second C17 flight, which arrived at Palam Airport today (June 24) at 12 noon, had a total of 266 Indians. 18 Malayalees arrived today on the IAF flight. So far, 31 Malayalees have returned from Israel. One Indian citizen from Israel was on the flight that arrived at the Indira Gandhi International Airport at 8 am today, and 12 others arrived at the Palam Airport at 8:45 am.
The Malayali group that returned from Israel:
Joel Jayson, Dennis Jose, Manu Mannad, Flavia Pazhayattil, Sharath Shankar, Aishwarya Padma Das, Shisira Mambaramkunnath, Lakmipriya, Aswathy Anil Kumar, Justin George, Raghavendra Chaudhary, Eliamma Malayappalil Thomas (Mananthavady), Sujith Rajan (Kollam), Nila Nanda (Palakkad), Arjun Chandramohanan and his wife Krishnapriya, P.R. Rajesh (Pathanamthitta), Akshay Puravankara (Kannur).
All of them will soon reach Kerala through Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi and Kannur airports.
A team led by Union Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs L. Murugan, Kerala House Additional Resident Commissioner Chethan Kumar Meena, and Norka Development Officer J. Shajimon welcomed the returnees.
