Businesswoman stripped naked at gunpoint, records nude videos, photos 

MUMBAI: A 51-year-old woman filed a complaint for stripping her naked and recording nude videos and photos at gunpoint. Her complaint said that they threatened to release her photos and videos if she dared to speak up. The woman filed a complaint against Joy John Pascal Post, managing director and founder member of Franco-Indian Pharmaceuticals.

Her complaint said Post invited her to the office of his company under the cover of a meeting. He then asked her to remove her clothes and sexually assaulted her at gunpoint. He also hurled abuses at her and then recorded her photos and videos and also threatened to make them public if she informed anyone about it. A case has been registered against Post and his five accomplices. The accused have been charged with sexual harassment, assault, and criminal threat.

A woman was dragged inside a car, forced to drink alcohol and gangraped in Kolkata last week. She was attacked when she was waiting for the cab booked via a mobile app at 9 pm. There were three men in the cab and they pulled her inside the car, gave her liquor and then abused her. They then dropped her on the way and drove away. The woman has been admitted to the hospital.
