Gold of 60 sovereigns stolen from house in Kattakada

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A major theft was reported at Kottamkuzhy in Kattakada. The theft was reported at the house of Shine Kumar. The house was robbed off when the family had gone to the church. Nearly 60 sovereigns of gold were stolen from the house.

Shine and his family had gone to the church at 6 pm last evening. When they returned at 9 pm, the front door of the house was found destroyed. The fuse of the house was also not seen. On being informed, the police arrived and examined the place. An investigation has started.
