KANNUR: A madrasa teacher has been sentenced to 187 years in prison for sexually abusing a 16-year-old girl. The convict, identified as Muhammad Rafi, a native of Alakode in Kannur, was also fined RS 9 lakh. The verdict was delivered by Taliparamba POCSO fast-track court judge R. Rajesh.
