THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: 2021 people suspected of being involved in drug trafficking were tested in a special drive conducted across Kerala yesterday (June 21). 131 cases were registered for possession of various types of banned drugs. 137 people were arrested. In all, the police seized drugs such as MDMA (40.856 grams), cannabis (28.066 kg) and cannabis bidis (85 pieces) from them.
Operation D-Hunt was conducted across the state on June 21, 2025, to identify those involved in the storage and marketing of banned drugs and take strict legal action.
