Vital evidence, presence of cocaine in Om Prakash’s room, confirms forensic report

KOCHI: A vital turning point in the drug case in which notorious gangster Om Prakash is accused. The presence of cocaine was confirmed in the room where Om Prakash was staying. The test results showed the presence of cocaine in the hotel room. The Kochi police have directed to continue the proceedings under the NDPS (The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) Act.

The police had earlier found that film stars Sreenath Bhasi and Prayaga Martin had reached the room where the drug party was held. The police had questioned Sreenath Bhasi and Prayaga Martin in detail in connection with the case. The two in their statements to the police said that they had not attended the drug party and has no connection with Om Prakash. The police later found the two has no links in the drug case. With this, both of them were given a clean chit.
