Youth surrenders in police station after killing wife in Wayanad

WAYANAD: A youth surrendered in the police station after killing his wife. The dead is Anisha (35) of Venniyode Kolavayal. Her husband Mukesh surrendered in the police station soon after the murder.

The preliminary investigation of the police is that he strangled her to death after beating her cruelly. The two got married last year. The reason for him to take the drastic step is not known.
