‘Conspiracy in pooram disruption’; Minister K Rajan gives statement against M R Ajith Kumar

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Minister K Rajan has given a statement that he suspects a political conspiracy behind the disruption of the Thrissur Pooram. Revenue Minister K Rajan gave a statement to the crime branch team investigating the complaint related to the disruption of the pooram. The minister's statement is that the actions of the police on the day the Thrissur Pooram was disrupted were in a way that facilitated the conspiracy.

It is reported that Minister Rajan has also given a statement against ADGP M R Ajith Kumar, who was in Thrissur then. The minister alleged that despite warning abouts troubles during pooram, the ADGP failed to intervene. Despite multiple phone calls after the disruption of the pooram, Ajith Kumar did not respond. The minister had revealed this to the media earlier as well. The minister also gave a statement against the ADGP in front of DIG Thomson Jose. The statement was given last night in Thiruvananthapuram.
