‘No proof for conspiracy between Dileep and Pulsar Suni,’ more information from verdict emerges

KOCHI: More information from the verdict in the actor assault case has surfaced. The verdict said that there is no evidence for the conspiracy in the attack. There is also no proof for Dileep meeting Pulsar Suni in person. There is no evidence for hatching the conspiracy from the shoot of the film Sound Thoma and till Georgettan's Pooram. The trial court also pointed that there is no evidence for the prosecution's allegation that meetings took place at six places.

The prosecution had stated that Dileep and Pulsar Suni met on the sets of Sound Thoma in 2013. The prosecution alleged that the relationship that started from here developed into a conspiracy. However, the court said there is no evidence to prove this. Pulsar Suni was actor Mukesh's driver at that time. The actors of Sound Thoma were accommodated in RKD in Alappuzha. There is no evidence for Pulsar Suni meeting Dileep here. Moreover, the court said there is no evidence for Pulsar Suni intervening to resolve the goon issues on the set.
