Brutal acts have surfaced now, Rahul Mamkootathil should resign, says K K Shailaja

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Former minister and CPM leader K K Shailaja has demanded Rahul Mamkootathil to resign his MLA post. She responded via her Facebook page. Rahul was arrested Sunday morning on a third rape complaint. This was followed by Shailaja's response. She said the Congress should ask Rahul to resign and that the girls who were subjected to violence should get justice.

The police have arrested Rahul Mamkootathil. He brutally raped several girls. Came to know that he threatened to kill those who complained. Many from the congress knew about it but did not intervene.

He was being protected as a member of the team that spread lies against those belonging to the opposition parties. Now the brutal acts have come to light. The Congress should demand him, who contested on Congress symbol, to resign from his post. The girls who were subjected to violence should get justice. They will have the support of the society.
