THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has demanded that the central government take a clear stand on the Israel-Iran clash. He also demanded that the entire world should raise its voice to immediately stop the Israeli attack on Iran with the help of the United States, violating international laws and all etiquette. "The United Nations should intervene immediately to stop the Israeli attack. The Indian government should be ready to take a clear stand for peace and justice in West Asia and raise a strong voice of protest against Israel,' the Chief Minister demanded at a press conference.

"In the context of the Iran-Israel conflict, the Resident Commissioner at the Kerala House in Delhi has been instructed to provide necessary facilities for Keralites returning home. Accommodation will be provided at Kerala House for Keralites arriving in Delhi. After this, the Keralites will be sent to Kerala as soon as the flight becomes available," the Chief Minister announced.

'The situation in Iran and Israel continues to be worrisome. In this context, Malayalis who wish to return to Kerala should register their names on the helpline number of the NORKA Global Contact Center. Their information will be forwarded to the Ministry of External Affairs and the Indian Embassies in Iran and Israel and further steps will be taken,' the Chief Minister clarified.

Norka Global Contact Center: 18004253939 (toll-free number), +918802012345 (international missed call).
