Christmas, New Year and Sabarimala: Six special trains to Kerala

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Considering Christmas, New Year, and the Sabarimala pilgrimage season, the Railways has announced six special trains for Kerala.

1. Nagercoil–Madgaon (Goa) Special (06083/06084):
The train will leave Nagercoil Junction at 11:40 a.m. on December 23, 30 and January 6, and reach Madgaon at 8:50 a.m. the next day via Thiruvananthapuram, Kottayam, Kozhikode and Mangaluru.
The return service will leave Madgaon at 10:15 a.m. on December 24, 31 and January 7, and reach Nagercoil at 11 a.m. the next day.

2. Thiruvananthapuram North–Mangaluru Junction (06041/06042):
The train will leave Mangaluru Junction at 6 p.m. on December 7, 14, 21, 28 and January 4, 11, 18, reaching Thiruvananthapuram North at 6:30 a.m. the next day via Kottayam.
The return train will leave Thiruvananthapuram at 8:30 a.m. on December 8, 15, 22 and January 5, 12, 19, reaching Mangaluru at 8:30 p.m. the same day.

3. Sirpur Kaghaznagar–Kollam Charlapalli Express (07117/07118):
The train will leave Sirpur Kaghaznagar (Telangana) at 10 a.m. on December 13 and reach Kollam at 10 p.m. the next day via Vijayawada, Tirupati, Palakkad and Kottayam.
The return service will leave Kollam at 2:30 a.m. on December 15 and reach Charlapalli (Hyderabad) at 12:30 p.m. the next day.

4. Charlapalli–Kollam Express (07119/07120):
The train will leave Charlapalli at 10:30 a.m. on December 17 and 31, reaching Kollam at 10 p.m. the next day via Secunderabad, Raichur, Guntakal, Salem, Palakkad and Kottayam.
The return train will leave Kollam at 2:30 a.m. on December 19 and January 2, reaching Charlapalli at 1:20 p.m. the next day.

5. Charlapalli–Kollam Special (via Warangal, Vijayawada) (07121/07122):
The train will leave Charlapalli at 11:15 a.m. on December 20 and reach Kollam at 10 p.m. the next day.
The return service will leave Kollam at 2:30 a.m. on December 22 and reach Charlapalli at 12:30 p.m. the next day.

6. Hazur Sahib Nanded–Kollam Special (07123/07124):
The train will leave Nanded at 4:25 a.m. on December 24 and reach Kollam at 10 p.m. the next day via Nizamabad, Vijayawada, Palakkad and Kottayam.
The return train will leave Kollam at 2:30 a.m. on December 26 and reach Charlapalli (Hyderabad) at 12:30 p.m. the next day.
(The return journey will end at Charlapalli.)
