THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan inaugurated the online complaint management system of the Kerala State Commission for Protection of Child Rights. Minister Veena George, Commission Chairperson KV Manoj Kumar, members Shyamaladevi PP, Jalajamol TC, N Sunanda, C-Dit Deputy Director Biju SB, and others were present.
The online complaint management system aims at speedy redressal of complaints regarding child rights violations and mistakes. Grievances can be reported to the Commission directly at www.childrights.kerala.gov.in or through the online services link at www.kescpcr.kerala.gov.in. There is a facility to send digital evidence along with the complaint online. The complaint number, received on the applicant's mobile after completing the complaint registration, can be used to know the further action taken on the complaint by the commission. Henceforth, complaints received by the Commission Secretary directly or by post will be processed through the online complaint management system.
