THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: UDF convener Adoor Prakash, who first supported Dileep, the eighth accused in the case, has now changed his stand. Adoor Prakash, who initially said Dileep has got justice and the government is going with an appeal because they have no other job, is now saying that everything should be done to get justice for the survivor.

If a lapse has occurred on the side of the prosecution, the government should openly say it. The Congress and the UDF are now with the survivor. The KPCC president and senior leaders have said this,' said Adoor Prakash.

Adoor Prakash came forward supporting Dileep when he met the media after casting his vote in the morning. Adoor Prakash said that Dileep had got justice in the actress attack case. He also said that he has a close relationship with Dileep and so is personally happy.

'As an actress, we are with her. However, everyone needs justice. Dileep has got justice. He is directly related to him more than just being an artist. The court itself gave justice to Dileep. Dileep himself has said that the case was fabricated under the leadership of a high-ranking police officer. The government used the arrest for political gains. As the government has no other job, they are going with the appeal. The government is targeting people,' said Adoor Prakash.
