THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Ghibli to jettison yourself into the Japanese countryside. Cooking, music, and animation videos to learn more about new trades. Summer vacation is here, and there are myriad options on social media for children to make their days productive and have fun.

Studio Ghibli, the Japanese animation house, is the new trendsetter on the internet. The Ghibli transformation using Open AI apps has already taken over social media by storm. Yesterday, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman said India was outpacing the world with AI adoption.

Everything from cooking to coding can be learned through certain sites on social media for free. Drawing, music, digital animation, Photoshop, and photography can be learned through the Spain-based application Domestika. You can also learn how to make money on Instagram and Facebook through content creation. The two-hour courses cost Rs. 74.

Artificial intelligence can be understood in a fun way, while Chat GPT and Gemini can help with assignments. 3D architecture is available through software like Revit. Children will be taught to develop apps ranging from exercise to math learning. Experts will give the technical steps to getting the app on the Apple Store and Play Store. Platforms like Code Monkey and CodeVidhya can help with this. There are also online classes for interacting with foreign students to increase children's exposure to English, French, and Spanish.
