Holiday declared for all schools in T’puram district on concluding day of Kalolsavam

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A holiday has been declared for all schools in Thiruvananthapuram district tomorrow, on the concluding day of the State School Arts Festival. A three-day holiday was earlier announced for venues, schools that provided accommodation and schools that provided vehicles.

The department of education informed that the holiday is being given in a situation where there is a high demand for other school children to have an opportunity to see the arts festival. The officials said children should come to Kalolsavam venues and make use of this opportunity.
