Kannur shocker: Three bombs found, efforts to defuse underway

KANNUR: Bombs recovered from a vacant property. The incident took place this morning in Neerveli, Kannur. Three homemade bombs were recovered. The Koothuparamba police and the bomb squad, who arrived on information, have started efforts to defuse the bombs.

The bombs were in three plastic containers. There was suspicion whether these were bombs. The bomb squad arrived and confirmed it. Police said that there had been no clashes or problems in the area in the past few days.
