Minister AK Saseendran's niece and husband found burnt to death

KANNUR: A couple was found burnt to death at their home in Kannur. Premarajan (75) and his wife A.K. Sreelekha (69), natives of Chirakkal Alavil, were found dead. The bodies of the two were found hours before their son arrived from abroad. Sreelekha is the daughter of Minister AK Saseendran's sister.

The incident came to light around 5 pm. The driver reached the house in the evening, but no one opened the door. The bodies of the two were found burnt during the subsequent check. Valapattanam police reached the spot and took further action. Their children are abroad. More details will be known only after the postmortem.
