Palakkad tops list, followed by Thiruvananthapuram; Another 'hit' ahead of summer bumper ticket draw

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Kerala State Lottery's Summer Bumper lottery tickets are becoming popular following their record sales. More than 38 lakh (38,69,930) tickets have already been sold with four days left for the draw. 42 lakh tickets have been printed. Last year, the total sale of Summer Bumper tickets was 36 lakh. The Summer Bumper draw will be held on the 28th of this month at 2 pm at the draw venue at Gorkhy Bhavan, Thiruvananthapuram.

The highest number of tickets sold was in Palakkad district: 11,15,380. Thiruvananthapuram has sold 4,11,000 tickets, and Thrissur 4,09,090 tickets. The lucky winner will receive Rs 10 crore as the first prize. There will also be five consolation prizes of Rs 1 lakh each.

The second prize will be Rs 1 crore for one person.

The third prize will be Rs 5 lakh each for 12 people, two in each series.

The fourth prize will be Rs 1 lakh for the last five-digit tickets that are eligible for the prize.

In addition, prizes of Rs 5000, 2000, 1000, 500 and 250 each are available to lucky winners through the Summer Bumper Lottery. 'BR 108 No.' Summer Bumper Lottery tickets are available in six series, namely SA, SB, SC, SD, SE, SG, etc. Each ticket costs Rs 250
