KOCHI: Rapper Vedan responds after getting bail in tiger tooth possession case. Vedan alias Hirandas Murali said that he is grateful to everyone who prayed for him. 'I want to say this to the brothers who listen and see me. Smoking and drinking are a big problem. Please forgive your brother. Let me see if I can be a good person.' Vedan responded. Vedan said that the case is in the hands of the court.
The forest department had informed that Vedan was cooperating with the case. Vedan was granted bail because the court took this information at face value. The court did not go into the merits of the case. It was the Perumbavoor Judicial First Class Court that granted bail to Vedan. The court granted bail to Vedan with strict conditions.
The court has ordered him to cooperate with the investigation, not to leave Kerala, to appear before the investigating officer every Thursday, and to submit his passport to the court within seven days. Vedan told the court that he did not know that the gift was a real tiger's tooth and that if he had known, he would not have used it.
