KOCHI: The police have taken Pulsar Suni, the accused out on bail in the actor assault case, into custody. The Kuruppampady police have taken Suni into custody again for unleashing violence towards a hotel at Rayamangalam in Ernakulam. The complaint against Suni was that he threatened the employees of the hotel for the delay in serving food and had also smashed the window panes.
The accused will be released on station bail after registering his arrest. The FIR said that he smashed the windows of the hotel, hurled abuses at the employees and threatened to kill them.
Suni was released on bail under strict conditions after serving seven and a half years in prison in the actor assault case. In between this, he has been involved in the case again.
The court granted him bail under strict conditions like he should not leave Ernakulam, should not influence witnesses, should not speak to the media, should use only one SIM, and should not contact the accused or witnesses. In addition, the court had asked for two sureties and a bond of Rs 1 lakh. The court had also directed that the rural police ensure Suni's security.
