Rahul with more evidences against complainant in sexual abuse case

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Rahul Mamkootathil MLA has come forward with more evidences against the complainant in the sexual abuse case. Three evidences were produced in a sealed cover at the Thiruvananthapuram District Court. They are photographs, hash value certificate of WhatsApp chats, and phone conversations. This is the second time Rahul has submitted more evidence against the woman after filing an anticipatory bail plea. The evidence was produced in the court by a lawyer on behalf of Rahul, who is on the run.

Meantime, a search has been intensified for Rahul Mamkootathil. Reports say Rahul fled in the red Polo car of his friend, an actress. It is learnt that the police have received crucial information in this regard. Rahul went into hiding after the survivor filed a complaint with the chief minister.

Rahul was attending a campaign event at Kannadi in Palakkad when the woman went to meet the chief minister. After knowing that the complaint has been filed, he fled in the red Polo car. This is clear from the CCTV footage here. However, it is not clear whether he is still using the same car.

The investigation team had searched Rahul's flat at Kunnathurmedu in Palakkad yesterday. However, the CCTV footage of the day the woman arrived was not obtained. The search was based on the woman's statement that she was brought here and raped. However, the CCTV DVR did not contain the footage of that.
