Tragic death: Man hit by speeding car while crossing road

KOTHAMANGALAM: A man was killed after being hit by a speeding car while crossing the road at Chelad. The accident occurred today afternoon near St. Stephen's Bes Ania Church Junction in Chelad. The vehicle involved in the collision was a KSEB car, which hit the man while he was crossing the road. The deceased was a man from Pallithazham, Chelad, who used to sell clay pots.

Another two-wheeler was also damaged in the accident. Four people in the car sustained injuries. The exact cause of the accident is unclear. It is yet to be determined whether the accident occurred due to a loss of control of the vehicle.
