Transfer for 18 SPs; Kiran Narayan to take charge as Tvm Rural SP

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: 18 police officers, including nine district police chiefs, have undergone transfers and changes in their positions within the force.

Kiran Narayan, the former principal of the Police Training College has been appointed as the Thiruvananthapuram Rural Superintendent of Police (SP). D Shilpa, the previous Thiruvananthapuram Rural SP now holds the position of Kozhikode Rural SP. Navneet Sharma, formerly the AIG (Policy) has assumed the role of Thrissur Rural SP. S Sasidharan, the Deputy Commissioner of Kochi City has been designated as Malappuram SP. Vaibhav Saxena who served as Kasaragod SP has been appointed as the Ernakulam Rural SP. Vivek Kumar, the former Ernakulam Rural SP, now serves as the Kollam City Police Commissioner.

P Bijoy, the Superintendent of Special Branch Thiruvananthapuram Range has been reassigned as Kasaragod SP. KM Sabu Mathew, the Crime Branch Ernakulam Superintendent has been appointed as SP, Kollam Rural. KS Sudarshan, the Vigilance Ernakulam Special Cell SP now holds the position of Deputy Commissioner of Kochi City. TK Vishnu Pradeep, the Commandant of the 4th Armed Battalion has been promoted to SP. G Jaidev, the Deputy Commissioner in charge of VIP security has been given additional responsibilities as the SAP Commandant.

Merin Joseph, the Kollam City Police Commissioner has assumed the role of Thiruvananthapuram Crime Branch Superintendent. Sujith Das, the former Malappuram SP is now the Superintendent of the Special Operations Group. VU Kuriakose, the Idukki SP has been appointed as the Principal of the Police Training College. ML Sunil, the Kollam Rural SP has been reassigned as SP, Thiruvananthapuram Range Special Branch. Aishwarya Dongre, the Thrissur Rural SP is now the India Reserve Battalion Commandant. KE Baiju, the Kozhikode City DCP has taken on the role of RRRF Commandant. Anuj Paliwal, the former RRRF Commandant has been appointed as the Deputy Commissioner of Kozhikode District.
