Two killed as building collapses during demolition in Maradu

KOCHI: Two people were killed during demolition of a building in Maradu. Sankar (28) and Sushant (38), natives of Odisha were the two killed. The accident happened when a portion of the building collapsed while demolishing an old house near the Nucleus Mall.


The two died after a slab of the building collapsed and fell on top of them. Though they were rushed to the hospital, their lives could not be saved.
