THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: When the CPO rank list expires on the 14th of this month, 4811 people who were waiting for a job will lose their chance. A total of 1836 appointments have been made. This is from a rank list of 6,647 people.
Candidates say that all the appointments made this time are only retirement vacancies and vacancies created by promotions and transfers are still there. Although there were promotion vacancies within two months of the rank list being made, none of it has been reported.
From the previous rank list of 13,975 people in seven battalions, 4,788 people had received appointment recommendations. In the last five and a half years, appointments have been made for only 7,446 vacancies of male police.
